In Danville, Pennsylvania, a local basketball coach was pulled over for driving in an unsafe manner. After police tested the driver, Leonard Robert Smith, 51, they determined that he was driving under the influence.
The Danville News reports that Smith had trouble during the entire encounter: from removing his license from his wallet to reciting the alphabet. Smith also admitted to drinking before he got into his car.
